This store is secure (using SSL encryption) when checking out in order to provide you with safe shopping. We do not share customer information of any type with anybody at any time. Your credit card will be manually processed in our office only, not on line. If you wish to have product shipped to an address other than the billing address for your credit card, you must include the name and phone number of the bank that issued the credit card used in the special ordering instructions box. We always first obtain authorization for your purchase, and all name, address, and CVV information must match exactly as part of our fraud protection. Should you provide us with either address or CVV information that does not match the information on file for your card, your sale will not be completed and your card company may restrict further use of funds and or credit in the amount of the attempted purchase for up to 3 days (due to the authorization process), so please be sure to provide complete and accurate card information. Should you accidently provide information that does not match with the card data, we will attempt to notify you of the problem by phone or email the same or following business day in order to obtain the correct information, which would allow us to complete your purchase. All orders placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday ship out same day unless the order falls on a holiday, weekend, or items are back-ordered(except time sensitive Sperm Shipper Product). Customers will be notified of any back-order items by e-mail and given the option to complete or cancel the order at that time. All then current sale prices on back ordered items will be honored. All product special sale prices are for internet orders only. Please see below for shipping and refund policies and procedures. If you are interested in purchasing any product in quantity, or if you would like to have a product shipped internationally, please drop us an email so that we can quote you the best pricing possible for the service and product that you need. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. SHIPPING Please be sure to include your complete shipping address, including any unit, suite, or apartment numbers. Any address corrections or changes in delivery service level after the package has shipped will be automatically billed to the customer per correction. If you wish to have product shipped to an address other than the billing address for your credit card, you must include the name and phone number of the bank that issued the credit card used in the special ordering instructions box. All orders with value in excess of $300 dollars require signature and are available for delivery to the address of record for the credit card only. There are no refunds available on shipping charges once your order leaves our facility. We do not routinely offer Saturday delivery service as the carriers will not guarantee service on Saturdays even though they offer the service and charge an extra fee. If you wish to request Saturday delivery, you will be charged an additional $20 fee, and delivery cannot be absolutely guaranteed especially to outlying areas. You may request Saturday delivery by entering "Saturday Delivery Requested" in the special ordering instruction box when making your purchase. All normal delivery times refer to number of business days. We are currently using DHL as our exclusive carrier. Deliveries scheduled for two day service may sometimes be delivered next day even if you only paid for two day service as the carrier will deliver as soon as the package reaches the local delivery point. If you will not be available for receipt of a shipment, you can by special request, order that the package not be delivered early, or you can arrange to have the package held by the carrier for you to pick up. We are unable to provide you with a time of day for your delivery. International shipping is very expensive and you may encounter additional charges when product is delivered, as you will be billed for any taxes and or duties that are levied on the import of the product by the receiving country. We have no control over the taxes or duties levied against the receiver and the receiver is resposible for payment of all such charges. |

RETURNS If you find that we have made a mistake with your order, please call us immediately at 1-800-786-5251, and we will make every attempt to make it right for you. All returns must be completed within 15 days of product delivery. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. Do not open product wrapping from unwanted products, or products that you did not order. Once sealed product packaging has been opened, we are unable to make a refund unless the product itself is defective. If indeed you find that a product is defective, please feel free to call us, or the manufacturer of that product. We, or the manufacturer, will replace any product shown to be defective. No refunds are offered on the Complete Semen Analysis Kit or the Sperm Shipper products. Please return original invoice and the following information with any returned merchandise.
If we have shipped you the product/s that you ordered, but you decide that you no longer want them or refuse delivery you will be charged for the shipping fees even upon the return of unopened items. Dispute Resolution/Venue Note that regardless of how you learn of, or where you are located when you receive the information contained on this website, in the event that you enter into an Agreement to obtain any product and or service provided by NW Andrology & Cryobank, Inc., said Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into in the State of Washington, and will be interpreted in accordance with and subject to the laws of that State. Also note that the sole and exclusive venue for the resolution of any dispute arising out of such an Agreement, or the services provided in connection therewith, shall be the Superior Court of Washington in Spokane County, which court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter in the event of such a dispute. |
