The media provided in this kit is made specifically for maintaining human sperm in an optimum environment to allow for survival through overnight shipping (coolant paks will provide up to 48 hours hold time). It provides the energy supply and buffers to keep the sperm alive and fertile and in the correct pH balance. This kit gives you everything needed to allow for shipping fresh semen specimens overnight, and more. The kit includes all the supplies needed for proper specimen collection through masturbation or intercourse (collection condom included), and then to refrigerate the specimen for overnight shipping to the end user for testing or use for insemination. This sperm shipper includes one set of our disposable artificial insemination supplies as well as a small tube of "His Seed" brand of sperm friendly personal lubricant to make collection easier.
